Drove the creative ideation and development of AfterPay Insights, AfterPay’s consumer research and knowledge platform. The goal of AfterPay Insights is to position AfterPay as a thought leader in e-commerce, helping (potential) merchants better navigate the e-commerce landscape. Authored more than 85 blog posts, and created white papers, interviews and articles. Led accompanying social media campaign ideation, strategy and content creation.
